With all the Alexa-enabled devices that shipped over the holiday season, it’s not surprising I’m getting lots of questions from new owners. I’ve written several posts that provide easy solutions for issues with Alexa connectivity and streaming, and it’s time to share them again.
You will probably find the solution for your problem in one of the posts below, but it’s important to remember that sometimes the problem comes down to incompatibility with your network configuration or the devices on it. If all else fails, you can always call Amazon Alexa / Echo tech support at 1-877-375-9365 – 3am to 10pm PST, 7 days.
